Aparthotel Holiday Center - Santa Ponsa

I liked the ping pong table at the bar. I also liked the bar.

I didn't like when the bar closed.

I love lots about the apartments, me and my family have being to your complex 4 times in last 8 yrs.barstaff has dropped but only when alberto and blanco are not on the others dont have the paitents or the manner.i also feel there was a lot less things...  

We have stayed twice now in a one bedroom apartment because it is in the heart of the bar and club area. Rooms offer all you could need and are spotless. Sraff help with everything from phonecalls home to your...  

Nothing. This is a low class 1 Star joint.

Drunkedness of the clientele, noise from the pool and "entertainment area" , unfriendly reception staff, noisy claening staff who yell at each other at 7: 30 am waking up the visitors who try to sleep off their drunk state after partying till 4 am bothering with their noise guests who wish to get some rest. This is a horrible place visited by people who want a cheaper accommodation with all you can drink local alcohol. Never again !!!! Not to forget the school with noisy kids if you have the fortune to be far away from the noisy kidney shaped "wading pool " which they have audacity to call a swimming pool , and the habbit pf street cleaners to use noisy blowing equipmement to sweep leaves of the sidewalks.

Good location, not too far from shops, restaurants & beach and in a nice quiet location.

Staff very not very friendly or overly helpful. Breakfast was poor. AC & wifi are extra.

Central, approx 10 min walk to supermarket, restaurants, beach, bars, shops, busstop, touristinformation etc.

Lots of appartments in a small area means that you sometime can be disturbed by guests coming home after a happy night in town.

i liked holiday center because it was right next to the clubs and pubs and only 10mins from magaluf by bus. pools are ok and clean, and the views are not bad....

the staff are very rude on the desk, no respect for anyone other then the spainish folk.

Stayed here the last 4 years,lovely staff,friendly atmosphere,great location and perfect for a self catering holiday.

Room was never cleaned,got towels every other day,never swept once or changed our bed sheets. One day we even left rubbish to be taken out and it was ignored when our towels were left in. This seriously needs to be looked at as it takes away from its outstanding features.

The staff was really plesent.

Rooms could be better

There is a parking, a convenient entrance. 6 minutes on foot from the sea. Corresponds to the price.

A lot of noisy and drunk youth. A disco at night. There is no lift.

It was close to the beach and close to the nightlife.

Didn,t feel safe and Our room wasn,t cleaned.

It was a strong fit for a couple of nights in Santa Ponsa with high value for money. The kids' club was a hit. My little one loved the pirate adventure with Pab and Bella. Make sure to join in on the activities.
